Share buyback programme 2022 to 2025
On August 21, 2025, mobilezone completed its share buyback program, which was announced on June 21, 2022.
During the period of August 22, 2022 to October 20, 2022 a total of 770,865 registered shares, each with a nominal value of CHF 0.01, were repurchased at an average price of CHF 15.57 per share within the scope of the share buyback program 2022-2025. The total value of the repurchased shares amounted to approximately CHF 12 million. The buyback was carried out for the purpose of capital reduction. The cancellation of the shares through a capital reduction, as approved by the general meeting, was entered in the commercial register on June 21, 2023.
